  • The range includes three 60-litre models: 1 indirectly heated electric pan and 2 gas pans (one directly heated and one indirectly heated).
  • Directly heated boiling pans are suitable to boil water and broths while indirectly heated pans are better suited to cook thick, jelly-like food.
  • These appliances heating provided by water in the jacket brought to the boil by a heat source is delicate and uniform. This prevents local overheating and stops food from sticking to the bottom.
